The Best Food:
The Taste of Chicago has fallen in quality over the past few years. It's a lot of fun but the quality of the food there has transformed from great samplings to some really terrible food servings. It seems that after more than 2 decades, the priority has shifted from showcasing great Chicagoland food to making money by selling the skimpiest, worst possible samplings. That's too bad. Even the quality of the music seems to have fallen. It's about "the money" these days, rather than the pride that created it. Interview with Stanley Balzekas JR.
